Flood Risk Conference in Madrid

LafCarr has participated in the Conference organized by Federal Signal Vama about “Acoustic warning System for Emergency Plan in case of Flood Risk in Dams”, in Madrid, the 18th January, 2007.

The conferences were divided in three parts or topics and finally a debate to discuss the conclusions.

• The first part consisted of an explanation of different Acoustic warning Systems that FSV offers, as well as installations and TV control explanation.
• The second part made reference to different Communication Systems that FSV Sirens may integrate. There is also the possibility to integrate Sirens TV control to client’s exploitation system.
• The third part analyzed the implementation Project and it’s specifications, calculation simulation and coverage.

Finally on the debate we appreciated the constructive result of the conferences and the good organization welcomed by all the participants.
