In keeping with our commitment to keep our customers informed, we wish to let you know that Lafcarr's activity falls under Article 13 of the Annex to Royal Decree-Law 10/2020 of 29 March. We have therefore adapted to the Government's requirements so that we can continue to provide our service, and have put in place a contingency plan to manage the current crisis and adapt our capabilities and structure to the circumstances.
To this end, as a preventive measure, we have reduced in-person and office contact, and most of our staff will work remotely from home with the highest technological and security safeguards in our processes. Our company's service is 100% guaranteed, so we can continue to offer our services and products with maximum safety.
Society is going through difficult times in which staying calm is essential. Now more than ever, Lafcarr is fully at the disposal of its customers, helping them to manage one of the most complex situations we have all faced.
