We carry out the development and implementation of the emergency plan for the Lasesa dam in Huesca.

This plan includes two acoustic warning sirens located on the dam’s crown and in the affected area of the town of Sariñena.

Additionally, two control centers are established, one in the pumping station and another general center at the SEIASA facilities (Madrid), along with a mobile emergency room. Work features consist of 1 emergency room, 2 control centers, 2 sirens, and 1 video surveillance camera.

Communication is done through Radio PMR, Wi-fi, GPRS/3G, and Satellite.

We use Lafcarr’s edition of COMSIR’s SCADA software for telecontrol and automatic plan management, as well as integration with plan exploitation elements.
