LAFCARR PROJECT & DESIGN, S.L. is currently certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 as an Integrated Management System (IMS). It has also held the Innovative SME Seal since 2016, renewed up to the present day.
In compliance with the requirements arising from these certifications, we inform our suppliers of the methodology used at Lafcarr to monitor and track the performance of external suppliers.
To qualify as an approved Lafcarr supplier, suppliers undergo an initial evaluation followed by periodic monitoring (continuous evaluation).
We therefore inform you that, while working with Lafcarr, your performance will be evaluated on the basis of orders received or services provided, according to the following criteria:
- Condition of the material on arrival or of the service provided.
- Differences between the material/service ordered and that delivered/provided.
- Documentation supplied.
- Compliance with delivery/completion deadlines.
- Number of non-conformities and the response in resolving them.
- Quality of the product/service provided.
- Compliance with the requirements of applicable regulations.
- Legal compliance in occupational risk prevention and health and safety at work.
Lafcarr reserves the right to carry out inspections at the supplier's premises and to verify or validate the product supplied. Such activities will be notified sufficiently in advance.
