Implementation of the Port of Bilbao Emergency Plan
We implement an acoustic warning system to the population for internal and external industrial risks, using the same infrastructure for both.
The installation includes 6 directional electronic sirens and 1 local control center at 112 Bilbao.
The goal is to cover both the PPI and POI perimeters in each affected area, addressing both internal and external risks.
Communication is established through TETRA as the main channel and PMR as the secondary channel.
The SCADA software COMSIR is used for telecontrol and supervision of the entire system.
