We developed and implemented the emergency plan for the Andévalo and El Chanza dams in Huelva, under the management of the Guadalquivir River Basin Authority.

These dams, located in Puebla de Guzmán and El Granado (Andalusia), cover an impact area with a population of 1.2 million people.

The installation includes 2 emergency rooms, 1 control center and 5 strategically located sirens.

Communication is established via PMR Radio, TETRA Radio and GPRS/3G. Lafcarr’s SCADA COMSIR software is used for telecontrol, automatic plan management and maintenance.
