We implemented a public warning system for SEVESO risk in Puertollano (Ciudad Real).

The system consists of 7 omnidirectional electronic sirens, redundant communication channels, and 2 control centers: one located at the Puertollano Civil Protection office and the main one at the 112 Emergency Center in Toledo.

The objective is to cover both the PPI perimeter and the POI in the affected area. The project includes the deployment of 2 control centers and communication via GPRS as the primary channel and PMR Radio as a secondary channel.

SCADA COMSIR software is used for remote control, automatic plan management and system monitoring.
